In this Q&A, D’Covi owner and operator Lindsey Hall answers how her skin care company got its start and what makes it special.
How did your business get started?
D’Covi began in 2014 after my son was diagnosed with eczema. His doctor recommended that we switch to clean skincare, but I couldn’t find anything in stores that I truly trusted or that worked the way we needed. So I started making my own products at home just to help him.
They worked so well that I began sharing them with friends and family, and the feedback was incredible. What started as a personal solution for my son’s skin quickly grew into something much bigger — that’s how D’Covi was born.
What makes your store/service unique?

We make everything from scratch, by hand, using as many locally sourced ingredients as we can find. Our formulas are free of phthalates, parabens, sulfates and all the extra “nonsense” that can be harsh on the skin. Every product is designed with sensitive skin in mind, including those who live with conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
Do you have any holiday promotions or events?
Our holiday promotions will vary throughout the season, with rotating specials both in-store and online, so customers can always find something new — whether they’re shopping for gifts or treating themselves.
Individual results may vary depending on skin type, sensitivity, age and skin care history. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a doctor for any medical concerns.
