Here at Penelope's, we serve delicious foods you might consider to be comforts, like our delectable fresh fried chicken and prime rib (among many more delicious dishes)! Brenda Failor opened Penelope's Lil' Cafe, a hometown diner, in January to cater to those comfort cravings at ridiculously low prices. Ever since she worked in a restaurant when she was 14, Brenda knew she wanted to open a cafe. Based on that very first job, she opened Penelope's Lil' Cafe. Even the way we make omelets goes back to that very first experience.
