The coaches at War Hammer Strength and Fitness are dedicated to helping each and every one of our clients stay in shape, hold one another accountable, and achieving all of our individual goals and never having to do it alone!
How It Works:
Using a combination of strength training, conditioning, mobility and anything else we can think up, War Hammer Strength and Fitness is committed to helping you reach your individual goals. Our goal is to help you stayi in shape while also making sure our workouts fun and fresh! We strive to change up our workouts, change up the routine, and keep our clients excited about working out.
War Hammer Strength and Fitness also has small class sizes, which guarantees our clients get the individualized attention you deserve!
Our Classes:
Group Classes
In these classes a Coach walks a group of 2-10 people through the day's programming. In this format members receive personalized coaching dependent on their fitness level and goals, while still working as a group and competing against themselves and each other. Group classes are held Monday through Friday. Click on the Class Times button below to see a full list of times.
Team Workout
Members are welcome to come by for a Team Workout held every Saturday. We show up, create off the cuff teams, and do a workout we think will be fun and challenging. Members are also welcome to bring a friend for a free introduction to our gym!
