Concordia finished 1-2 in the NAIA baseball tournament's Henderson bracket, losing 2-1 in an elimination game Tuesday night against Texas Wesleyan in Henderson, Tennessee.
Christian Meza and Jesse Garcia each hit a double to lead the Bulldogs' offense, which totaled 10 hits. Concordia ends the season at 33-20.
Bellevue 6, York 1: The Bruins defeated in-state foe York 6-1 in the winner's portion of the Shreveport bracket. Kory Longaker went 2-for-5 with two doubles and two RBIs to lead Bellevue. Jarrett Poh went the distance for the win with four strikeouts and allowed just six hits. York was led by Matt Nunes, who finished 3-for-4 with a double totaling. York will face elimination against the winner of Columbia and Oklahoma City at noon on Wednesday. Bellevue will then face the winner at 3:30 p.m.
