The Nebraska soccer team is looking for a quick rebound, and the opportunity comes against a pair of ranked foes.
The Huskers, coming off their worst loss in program history, will play No. 14 Duke at 6 p.m. Thursday in Durham, North Carolina. It's part one of Nebraska's two-stop trip in North Carolina. The Huskers will play at No. 13 North Carolina State at noon Sunday.
Nebraska started the season 3-0-1 before dropping two straight. That included Sunday's 6-0 loss at Baylor.
Duke is 4-1-1, with its lone defeat coming against Illinois on Aug. 19. Nebraska and Duke have met four times, the last meeting coming in 2003. The Blue Devils are a season removed from winning the ACC and reaching the College Cup final four.
N.C. State is 5-0-1 and owns a pair of wins against ranked opponents (No. 10 South Carolina and No. 20 Princeton). Junior Tziarra King already has five goals and five assists for the Wolfpack.
