Husker running back recruit Rahmir Johnson (Oradell, New Jersey) rushed 17 times for 155 yards and two touchdowns in Bergen Catholic's 35-17 playoff win against Don Bosco Prep. Johnson scored on runs of 44 and 62 yards to help Bergen wipe out a 10-7 halftime deficit. Bergen Catholic will play St. Joseph Montvale in the state final at MetLife Stadium.
Nebraska linebacker recruit Jackson Hannah (Nashville) had nine tackles, including two for losses, in Montgomery Bell Academy's 28-6 loss to Brentwood Academy in the Class 3A playoffs. Hannah also rushed for 21 yards.
Husker quarterback recruit Luke McCaffrey (Littleton, Colorado) threw for 82 yards and rushed for 19 more yards in Valor Christian's 34-7 Class 5A playoff win against ThunderRidge.
