Game ball: Um...

They said it: "I think that our first goal is to win next week, but I think the rest of it is still a possibility out there. Now we don't control our own destiny anymore, but that doesn't mean we can't win our own division." -- Mike Riley when asked what's still out there for his team

From the visitor's corner: "I didn't see that one cmoing. I thought -- a lot of respect for Nebraska and their coach is a friend of mine. And their only loss was a hard-fought overtime game last week. One of those back-to-back night games, so just the wear and tear. But jat an A-to-Z very good performance by our guys." -- Urban Meyer

Stats you don't want to read but are true: Ohio State had never scored more than 60 points against a Top 10 team before. ... The 59-point margin was tied for the second largest in a game between two teams ranked in the AP top 10. ... The Huskers are averaging giving up 62.5 points a game when playing at Ohio State since joining the Big Ten. Nebraska lost 63-38 here in 2012.

To the victors go tweets about gorillas: Ohio State wide receiver coach Zach Smith got to tweeting after his team's dominating win.

As you may know, he had a little back-and-forth on social media this offseason with Husker wide receivers coach Keith Williams, who likes to talk about the "gorilla mindset."

Well, Smith got a jab in about it.

He did also have this tweet about Tommy Armstrong.

Last time ... Nebraska didn't score a touchdown in a game was in 2010 at Texas A&M, a 9-6 loss.

Big Ten game that caught my eye: Wisconsin beating Northwestern 21-7. The Badgers frankly owned the game more than that score even shows. They are a really good football team, which makes Nebraska's debacle on Saturday all the more annoying to fans who were encouraged by last week's Husker fight shown in Madison.

In any regard, the Badgers have a remaining schedule of Illinois, Purdue and Minnesota. It's college football. Anything can happen. Maybe the Gophers in that final week can give their rival a go. But the smart money would be on Wisconsin to win out and head to Indy.

Headlines: Every week I ask fans on Twitter for their best headilnes on the game, be it a Husker win or loss.  Folks were a little grumpy on Saturday, for good reason, but there were some good suggestions: "Huskers Mad, Play Bad" ... "Un-Barrett-able" ... "Urban Sprawled" ... "A Bucking Nightmare" ... "Buck-eyed" ... "K-Osu'd" ... "Horseshoe of Horrors" ... And, one of my favorites and the one we'll use for this blog, courtesy of Mike Wager, "Urban Outfitted."
