Nebraska's Chanel Freeman ran a personal-best time in the 100-meter hurdles in earning second-team All-America honors during the second day of the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Thursday in Austin, Texas.
Freeman had the 13th-fastest time during the preliminary round, missing the next-round cut by two-tenths of a second.
NU junior Michaela Peskova earned second-team All-America honors with a 15th-place finish in the women's 400 hurdles. Peskova finished in :57.99. Husker senior Jasmine Barge placed 17th in :58.64.

The Husker women placed 24th in the 400 relay, finishing in :44.96.
Nebraska's Shylia Riley competed in the women's long jump, but the event was not complete at press time.
