The Huskers won four individual titles in track and field Friday at the Crimson Tide Invitational in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Jasmine Barge won the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 13.35, and Chanel Freeman placed second in the event at 13.53. Barge also won the 400-meter hurdles with a mark of 58.38, a meet record.
One men's title came from Sadio Fenner, who won the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a personal-best 9:32.55, and the 1,600 relay team took first with a time of 3:08.09.
Lakayla Harris was third in the 100 meters, and Bailey Timmons also finished third in the men's 1,500 meters. Luke Siedhoff added a second-place finish in the 100-meter hurdles at 13.91, and Michaela Peskova ran her best time of the season in the 400-meter hurdles, a mark of 59.22, to finish third.
In field events, Burger Lambrechts placed second in shot put, and Jonathan Miller was runner-up in the triple jump.
