The Nebraska women's gymnastics team finished second to host Denver at a quadrangular Sunday.
The Huskers came up short with a score of 196.225 to No. 6 Denver, who won the meet by posting a 197.67 and sweeping all four event titles.
Sienna Crouse and Taylor Houchin came in second on the vault with a 9.90. On the uneven bars, Crouse led the No. 18 Huskers with 9.90, placing fourth behind three Denver gymnasts.
Houchin took third in the balance beam with 9.90, while Crouse and Sierra Hassel placed third in floor exercises with 9.90.
Denver placed first individually in all four events led by Lynnzee Brown, who won the floor exercise with 9.975 and the uneven bars with a 9.950.
No. 21 Arizona State finished in third place with a score of 194.825 while Pittsburgh finished in last with a 194.200.
The Huskers return home to host Boise State, Kentucky and Illinois State for the Masters Classic event at the Devaney Sports Center on Saturday at 7 p.m.
