Red-White Spring Game, 4/21/18

A packed stadium watches the first half of the Red-White Spring Game on Saturday, April 21, 2018, at Memorial Stadium.

Nebraska's Red-White Spring Game sold out officially on Saturday.

Now it has a start time.

NU announced Monday that the April 13 scrimmage will kick off at 1 p.m. and is slated for live broadcast on Big Ten Network.

It marks the second straight year the scrimmage is sold out and will be broadcast live, but this year's event will start later in the day than last year's, which was an 11 a.m. start.

The Huskers set a record in Scott Frost's first season with 86,818 at Memorial Stadium for the game.

The 1 p.m. start will likely work better for Nebraska, which would like to use the scrimmage as a big recruiting weekend, too.
