No. 8 seed Iowa continued a streak of upsets Wednesday in the first round of the Big Ten Tournament at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha, shocking top-seeded Indiana 4-2 in the tournament's third game of the day.

The Hawkeyes scratched together three runs in the seventh inning to erase a 1-0 deficit and send the regular-season champion Hoosiers into the losers' bracket.

Ohio State 2, Michigan 1: The Buckeyes knocked off the second-seeded Wolverines, scoring two runs in the eighth inning to spoil a stellar effort by Michigan's Karl Kauffmann. Kauffmann allowed just three hits and two runs in eight innings.

Maryland 6, Illinois 2: The sixth-seeded Terrapins got 7 2/3 innings of four-hit pitching from Hunter Parsons. Maxwell Costes and Justin Vought homered in the eighth inning as Maryland broke a 1-1 tie.
