A hamstring injury has ended Ty Hahn’s quest for the triple crown.
The Johnson-Brock junior pulled his hamstring in the 100-meter dash preliminaries at the D-1 district meet Friday at Pawnee City. Hahn, an all-stater on both the Eagles’ Class D-2 state title football and basketball teams, had Class D’s fastest times this spring in both the 100 (10.90 seconds) and the 200 (:22.17) heading into districts. He’s the defending Class D 200 state champion.
