It's often assumes that millennials dislike the suburbs, choosing instead to live in cities with walkable commutes and lazy Sunday brunches. But the Zillow survey shows that only a quarter of Millennial homeowners live in urban areas. That is slightly larger than previous generations. But 47 percent of millennial homeowners live in the suburbs, a sign that the era of the cul-de-sac is far from over.
