Tiger Coaching and Personal Training is a full-time personal training and athletic coaching business with flexible hours to meet your schedule 7 days a week. Locally owned and operated by Gary Bredehoft, Tiger Coaching and Personal Training has proudly served the community since May 2001 by making getting in shape personal.

Get fit for life or the field of play with professional, personal, and athletic training services from our trainers in Lincoln, Nebraska. We offer ongoing athletic training and coaching programs, as well as one-on-one training, designed with your personal goals and present fitness level in mind. Whether in your home or at our 3,500 sq. ft. center, anyplace is a good place to start your new fitness.

Whether by yourself or with a group of friends, working out has never been better for your physical wellness than with us. Shape your body to perfection with in-depth fitness and weight loss training from our professionals in Lincoln, Nebraska.< />

One-On-One Personal Training

Are you a local client who wants in-person coaching and personal training. We meet with you on a one-on one basis at our facility to create a program that is perfect for your age, fitness level, and goals.

We will also travel to your workout facility or home within the Lincoln city limits for an additional 20% of the session cost. If your location is outside of this area, we charge $0.50 per mile.

Express One-On-One Training

Do you want the benefits of personal training but don't have the time or the budget? Try our express personal training or coaching. We meet with you on a one-on one basis at our center for a 30-minute workout based on your age, fitness level, and goals.

We will also travel to your workout facility or home within the Lincoln city limits for an additional 20% of the session cost. If your location is outside of this area, we charge $0.50 per mile.

Using Our Facility

If you wish to work out on your own at our facility, you're required to purchase a minimum of 3 sessions of one-on-one personal training to use the fitness center with a punch pass.

Athletic Conditioning and Multisport Coaching

Each program is determined by your level of fitness, age, and experience. A certified personal trainer personally supervises all training sessions at our center or your home.


One-on-One Strength Training and Sports Conditioning

We develop safe, effective strength training and conditioning programs for young athletes. By incorporating individual goals and sports-specific needs, we help you reach peak flexibility, agility, nutrition, speed, and strength training for domination in your sport.


Video Tape Form Analysis

If you desire assistance with your technique, we can analyze your form from a personal one-on-one video session or an 8mm or VHS camcorder tape that you or a friend can make and send to us. The tape can be of you swimming, cycling, running, or all three. After preparing and reviewing your tape, we analyze your form and work with you on making improvements to your technique.

Owner Biography

Gary Bredehoft, CSCS NSCA, CPT, ACE, ran track and cross-country at Columbus High School in Nebraska. He holds the school's cross-country record for the 4K course at 12:58. Gary ran cross- country at Platte College for 1 year, after which he was an assistant track coach at Columbus High School in the late 1970s. He holds a B.S. from the University of Nebraska. Gary was an assistant coach for the Lincoln Youth Track club for 6 years. He was director of the track and field program for the Lincoln Track Club for 10 years and the Nebraska State games for 15 years. Gary participated and competed in numerous road races, track and field competitions, and marathons, consistently finishing in the top overall and age group results.

Certifications

Gary is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. He is a certified Level II USA Triathlon coach through the Olympic-training center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was an Ultrafit Associate Coach for Joe Friel's Worldwide coaching staff for 5 years, and was a past volunteer assistant coach for the University of Nebraska Cross Country and Track Teams. Gary is a certified Spinning Instructor through Madd Dogg in Boulder Colorado; he is an active instructor and past director of the spinning program at the YMCA in Lincoln, Nebraska.
