OMAHA - Tiburon Golf Club is one of the favorite stops of the Lincoln Senior Men's Golf League because of the great combination possible on the 27-hole course and the value for their money.

In 2018 the league will look to expand the Fun Day to 192 golfers and use all three nines including Mako, allowing many more golfers to experience the wonderful course and its amenities. This year’s scoring was lower in Flights A and B, which may be a result of familiarity, great weather and conditions, or playing from the green tees.

There were three flights, with A and B having 11 four-man teams and C having 10. Prizes were awarded for the first three places. Pin prizes were awarded on the Great White nine at Hole 3 for closest to the pin on the tee shot and 9 longest putt; they were won by Jerry Petersen and Larry Younger, respectively. Hammerhead also had two pin prizes; at 2 for the closest tee shot, won by Don Sackett, and 9 for the longest putt, won by Jeff Kuhlmann.

The winners at Tiburon Golf Club:
