Menus are subject to change. All meals include milk and are served Monday-Friday at these Aging Partners senior centers: Belmont Center, 1234 Judson St.; Downtown Center, 1005 O St.; Lake Street Center, 2400 S. 11th St.; JoAnn Maxey Center, 2032 U St.; Northeast Center, 6310 Platte Ave.

Standard

Monday -- Barbecue pulled pork sandwich, baby bakers, marinated vegetable salad, frozen fruit and ice cream.

Tuesday -- Creamed chicken and peas over biscuit, coleslaw, carrots and fruit.

Wednesday -- Beef and bean taco salad with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese, tortilla chips and pears.

Thursday -- Oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes, country gravy, mixed vegetables, whole grain roll and apple fluff.

Friday -- Sliced ham, peas and carrots, rice pilaf, whole grain roll and fruit. (Low sodium alternative available.)

Lite choice 

Monday -- Cottage cheese fruit plate, half slice of whole grain bagel, cream cheese and V-8 juice. 

Tuesday -- Chef salad with diced ham, dinner roll and banana.

Wednesday -- Chicken tortilla wrap, three-bean salad, carrot strips, dip and grape juice.

Thursday -- Italian pasta salad, cucumber salad, assorted crackers, peaches and yogurt. 

Friday -- Chicken tenders, relish sticks with dip, mandarin oranges and Rice Krispie bar.
