The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department has issued food enforcement warnings to:

Rosari's Kitchen, 630 N. 27th St. Sanitizer too diluted. Items on steam table. Reach-in cooler not working, too warm, even with bags of ice in bottom of unit. Suspended (reopened 5/11). 

Luckie's Lounge & Grill, 1101 W. Bond Circle. Employees lacking food-handler permits; unclear on manager. Ribs in warmer not warm enough (corrected). Some items in cooler too warm; cooler not working (corrected). Chemicals stored above salt and bottle of merlot (discarded). No atmospheric backflow on hoses at mop sink. Mop sink not draining, drain slow on bar's three-compartment sink (repeat). No roster upon inspection. Knives and scoops with food residues. First aid kit over food items. 

Starbucks Coffee, 2801 Pine Lake Road. Three employees with expired food-handler permits. Reach-in cooler not keeping milk at safe temperature. 

Skywalk Cafe, 1200 O St. No. 201. No one in charge with food protection manager permit. 

Amigo's, 5955 N. 27th St. Enchilada sauce prepared in morning still 92 degrees (corrected). Chicken stacked too high on rail and too warm (corrected). Scoops, knives with food residues; cellphones on prep tables (corrected).
