Lincoln women are invited to gather up their girlfriends and join in a fun-filled evening of inspiration, learning and positivity, all to benefit Lead Up starting at 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 22, at The Foundry, 211 N. 14th St.
Part wine and chocolate, part create and dream, the evening will include unique ways to get a little crafty, up your women's history IQ and discover ideas that empower and energize. And did we mention chocolate?
Destined to become a Women’s History Month classic, the idea of Girls Night Out was inspired by many of the people who have visited the program this past year.
"One of the great things about leading our organization is meeting all sorts of people," says founder Julie Allen. "When I describe all of the terrific activities that Lead Up creates to nurture dreams and empower success, it’s rare when one of these conversations doesn’t elicit an ‘I wish you’d do that for me.’ So we will!”
Tickets are $39 through Eventbrite and include refreshments, materials and special treats -- and most importantly, encouraging Lincoln’s youth to find their passion and develop their talents.
Lead Up is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. For more details, contact Julie at email@example.com or call 402-770-1499.
