A 53-year-old man is in jail Monday after first being booted out of a women's restroom at Memorial Stadium and then being arrested on suspicion of destroying an industrial oven in a downtown alley.
University of Nebraska-Lincoln police said Loren E. Kusy followed a woman he knows from work into a bathroom at the stadium just before 9 Saturday night.
A group of women forced him out of the bathroom, and officers cited Kusy for disturbing the peace, a police incident report said.
At 9:11 p.m., an employee at Iguana's, 1426 O St., called Lincoln police saying a man was slamming a rock against some of the bar's property in the alley.
The man, identified by police as Kusy, had destroyed an overhead garage door and was smashing an industrial oven with a rock, court documents said.

Officers met him as he left the alley, and Kusy told them his hands were bloody because he was "playing with a rock," police said in an affidavit for his arrest.
Total damage to the oven and garage door was estimated at $5,500.
Officers took Kusy to jail on suspicion of felony criminal mischief and disturbing the peace.
