Two people were found dead inside a Sidney home Friday morning.
Cheyenne County Attorney Paul Schaub said Sidney police went to check on a woman at 2226 Maple St. because her employer called and said the woman had not shown up to work for several days.
An officer entered the residence through a window, Schaub said, and saw the bodies of a man and a woman.

"There is no public safety concern," Schaub said. "There are no suspects thought to be out there on the loose."
The investigation is ongoing and is being conducted by the Sidney Police Department and Cheyenne County Sheriff's Office, with assistance from the Nebraska State Patrol. Foul play has not been ruled out.
Investigators are working to identify the victims and have scheduled autopsies for Monday.
