A southeast Lincoln home was possibly struck by lightning on Wednesday morning, Lincoln Fire and Rescue said.

LFR responded to a call about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday and found the roof of a two-story home with three visible holes in it, spokeswoman Nancy Crist said.

There was no fire in the house.

The house had damage to its roof, drywall and electrical wiring, but LFR does not have a damage estimate.
