A 22-year-old Omaha man who had been riding a party bus and was denied entry into a gas station Saturday night urinated in front of the clerk, then ran from deputies, Lancaster County Sheriff Terry Wagner said.

The man got off the party bus at Shoemaker's South at U.S. 77 and Saltillo Road at about 11 p.m. and wanted to go inside to use the bathroom, Wagner said.

But the clerk, who was cleaning the windows, had locked the door because the convenience store had closed for the night.

She refused to open the door, and that's when the man began yelling obscenities and urinating on a window.

She called the sheriff's office, and the man ran from the gas station into a field, climbed a fence and hid near some parked semis but was found by deputies with a police dog a short time later, Wagner said.

He was arrested on suspicion of public indecency and resisting a peace officer.
