Two men who were hit by cars while crossing streets Saturday afternoon and night are still in critical condition, Lincoln police said Monday.
The first incident happened just before 4:30 p.m. Officer Katie Flood said a car was westbound on West O Street when the driver went through a green light at First Street. A 45-year-old man walked into the street and was hit.
Witnesses told police the man had been hopping around in traffic and police believe he was intoxicated, Flood said.
