Lincoln police arrested two 15-year-old boys early Wednesday after a man reported he was robbed at gunpoint, a department spokeswoman said.

The 49-year-old man was riding his bike home from work shortly after midnight when a group of six teenage boys approached him near Seventh and A streets, Officer Angela Sands said.

One of the boys shoved the man off his purple Huffy and pointed a gun in his face, Sands said.

Then the group took his bike.

Officers called to the area found two of the suspected robbers and took them to the Lancaster County juvenile detention center, Sands said.

Police recovered the bike but have not found the gun involved, she said.
