A woman known to police for selling methamphetamine was arrested Sunday after officers found 68.5 grams of the drug in her car.

Officer Anthony Gratz was filling out paperwork after responding to a unrelated call on the 900 block of Washington Street Sunday when he saw Nicole Mount, 33, and Aaron Satterfield, 34, park their car and get out, Gratz wrote in a probable cause affidavit for their arrests.

Gratz wrote that he knew Mount from previous drug-related incidents, and she approached him and said hello. During their conversation, Satterfield returned to the car and Gratz saw an open bottle of whiskey in the front passenger seat, documents say.

During a consensual pat down of Satterfield, Gratz found a glass pipe and 52 grams of meth in his pockets. Gratz found an additional 68 grams of meth and $347 in the car, documents say.

Mount and Satterfield were arrested on suspicion of possession of meth with the intent to deliver and possession of money violating a state statute.
