Music building on campus The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Cornhusker Marching Band, "The Pride of All Nebraska," warms up and practices songs for the halftime show about two hours before the start of the game outside of the Westbrook Music Building. Courtesy photo Railyard The Railyard next to Pinnacle Bank Arena and its surrounding bars and restaurants are popular places to hang out before, after and during a Husker game. N Zone Facebook page Dock at Embassy Suites The dock behind Embassy Suites has free live entertainment, and they serve beer. The Husker alumni band usually makes an appearance, as does the Fairbury hot dog guy, who attempts to hit the 6th-floor clock on the parking garage across the street with his hot dog gun. The atrium inside Embassy Suites is another popular spot on Gameday. SouthPointe SouthPointe Pavilions, 27th and Pine Lake, is popular as one of the pickup spots for the Husker shuttle service, and those going to the game often are accompanied by folks staying at the mall to shop.
