A 33-year-old Oregon man accused of taking a minor across state lines to sell her for sex was arrested Tuesday in Lincoln.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation took Aaron M. Barnes into custody just after noon, according to jail records.
Barnes is wanted in Oregon on federal charges of sex trafficking of a child and transportation of a minor for the purpose of prostitution.
A wanted poster from the FBI says Barnes and Kamau Kambui Leland Curnal drove the girl from Portland to Seattle as part of a sex trafficking operation in May.
Barnes is in the custody of the U.S. Marshal Service, and will be taken back to Oregon to face the charges.
Curnal, 28, is still wanted by the FBI.
Both men were charged in Portland in late July.
