Lancaster Rehabilitation Center has received Pinnacle Quality Insight's 2019 Customer Experience Award in the category of Professional Therapy Services. LRC was cited for providing Best in Class senior health care services.

Lancaster Rehabilitation Center Administrator Amy Fish said: "Led by Chad Schlueter, director of Therapy Services, our team of therapists and assistants provide outstanding care and service every day. I am proud to be a part of a team that works diligently with our clinicians and support staff to meet and exceed the needs of those entrusted in our care. This award reflects the best in class service provided every day at Lancaster Rehab Center."

Throughout its storied history of serving the community, Lancaster Rehabilitation Center has emphasized meeting the individual needs of every patient and resident. Over the course of 2018, a sampling of its customers and their families have participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, and the opportunity to rate Lancaster Rehabilitation in specific categories.

Every month, Lancaster Rehab has gathered its survey results to better understand the needs of patients and residents, and to make improvements when necessary.

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, Lancaster Rehabilitation has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15 percent of the nation across a 12-month average. Clients have the opportunity to achieve this Best in Class distinction monthly in many categories designed to accurately reflect the experiences of each patient and resident.
