Holiday Cooking Showcase

Over 250 cooking and entertaining enthusiasts attended the 2018 Holiday Cooking Show at Embassy Suites Nov. 29. The cooking demonstration was led by Chef Brandon Bayne from Embassy Suites, Chef Casey Johnson from Hopcat, Chef Nader Farahbod from Billy’s Restaurant and Marcus J. Morris, CEO of High Society Cheesecake. Nebraska’s own Glacial Till Winery provided wine pairings for each dish, and Home Real Estate sponsored the VIP Lounge. Over 15 vendor booths were available, offering tips and suggestions for stress-free holiday entertaining.
