Marcus Theatres presents “LEGO Batman” as part of its Kids Dream Winter Film Series. Showings are 10 a.m. Friday-Sunday at Grand and Edgewood Cinemas.

The following is a rundown of family activities for the week of Jan. 26-Feb. 1:

Free movie night — "Cars 3," meal (hot dogs, chips, carrots, ice cream) at 5:45 followed by movie at 6:30 p.m., Trinity Lutheran School, 1200 N. 56th St. Free meal and movie. Everyone welcome.

Villa Marie annual benefit dance event — 7:30-10:30 p.m., Pla Mor Ballroom, 6600 West O St. Music by Bobby Layne and His Orchestra and raffle, silent auction, potato bar. Fundraiser for Villa Marie Home and School for Exceptional Children. Family friendly event. Tickets at door: $20/adults, $15/college age, $20/school age and 6 and younger/free.
