Butterfly sculpture by Darlene Jansen

Darlene Jansen, artist for the Serving Hands public art sculpture "Monarch Butterly - Metamorphosis of Life" located at the entrance to Wyuka, will talk about her artistic creation after the 2 p.m. tour of Wyuka with Lincoln historian Ed Zimmer.

Lincoln historian Ed Zimmer will lead a tour at Wyuka Cemetery on Sunday, June 9, at 2 p.m. to tell about Wyuka's 150 years of history and its significant presence in Lincoln and our state.

A celebration will take place after the tour. Darlene Jansen, artist for the "Serving Hands" sculpture located at the Wyuka entrance, will talk about her artistic creation. Refreshments and food will be served, and children's activities will be offered.
