More than 25 artists and makers will display and sell their original works at Handmade Harvest today, Dec. 1, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Unitarian Church, 6300 A St.
Works are available in metal, ceramics, woodturning, crochet, quilting, paper arts, tie dye, upcycled denim, chainmail jewelry and more. Craftspeople and artists include Shelly Burge, Jen Landis, Hope McCulley, Joan Phelan, Jeremy Powell, Linda Stephen and Megan Stratman. The juried show is curated by Judy Hart and Melanie Reinmiller.
Proceeds from the raffle will benefit Fresh Start in Lincoln. The raffle items are handcrafted works donated by the artists and artisans. Last year’s raffle raised $600 for Fresh Start.
Food will be catered by FlyDogz gourmet hot dogs. The art raffle for Fresh Start will be drawn at 1 p.m. Winners do not need to be present to win. Questions? Contact Judy Hart at 402-805-7866.
