After breaking for a day, we returned Downtown for our final outing.
We found ourselves at a corner table at Dish, marveling at the wide variety among the four "small plates" we selected. The corn+crab toast ($14) and marinated cucumber-chickpea salad ($10) made refreshing end-of-summer snacks. The house-made gluten-free crackers were surprisingly buttery and enjoyable substitutes for the pita bread that usually comes with the chickpea salad. The crispy Brussels sprouts ($7) were a bit less sprout-forward than those at MoMo, but equally tasty. And the Korean fried chicken wings ($12 for six) left zesty sauce all over my fingers.
There was a lot going on in these little dishes, and we're looking forward to trying more when the menu changes for the season in a few weeks.
