Three Topgolf Swing Suite golf simulators will be opening at the Graduate Lincoln next month.

Lincoln will be getting a tiny bite of the Topgolf entertainment craze.

The Dallas-based company, which has large entertainment centers across the country, including in the Kansas City area, where people can play simulated golf, drink and socialize, has partnered with Graduate Hotels to put small Swing Suite operations in select locations.

The first one will open in Lincoln next month.

The operation at the Graduate Lincoln at Ninth and P streets will include three bays where people can work on their swings or play against friends using Full Swing golf simulator technology, which is used by pros, including Tiger Woods and Jordan Spieth.

The bays also offer seating, as well as food and drink from the hotel’s restaurant, John J’s.

The three bays will be located inside the hotel's restaurant, which is undergoing renovations. A spokeswoman for Graduate Hotels said the exact opening date is dependent on the renovations, but they will be open by the end of September at the latest.

“Teaming with Topgolf Swing Suite is a tremendous way to activate underutilized areas within our hotels and deliver fun, interactive experiences for our guests,” Tim Franzen, president of Graduate Hotels, said in a news release. “We strive to provide positive energy and unique amenities to our guests, and we know Topgolf Swing Suite will take that commitment to the next level.”

The Swing Suites will be open to the public as well, and are available to rent for corporate events, birthday parties and other business and social gatherings.

Graduate Hotels plans to open additional Topgolf Swing Suites later this year at its locations in Minneapolis and Iowa City, Iowa.

According to the Topgolf website, there are six Swing Suite locations currently open across the country, with 11 more, including Lincoln, planned.

A Topgolf entertainment center is also in the works for Omaha, near Westroads Mall.

The Graduate Lincoln is taking group reservations for tee times in advance of the opening. To make a reservation, send an email to:
