Tetrad Property Group, the Omaha commercial real estate development company specializing in public-private partnerships, announced that general counsel Jude Beller has been appointed president of the company.
Beller will assume a new full-time role leading the development and execution of company strategy and be responsible for day-to-day management decisions and operations, the company said.
Co-founder Zach Wiegert will retain the title of chief executive officer, with special emphasis on long-term client relationships and investment strategy for the company. “With our growth and the increasing number of projects we are leading throughout the region, this is the right time to separate these roles," Wiegert said in a news release. "We have lots of opportunities ahead, and this transition will allow me to focus on strategic initiatives and new ways of deploying capital.” Wiegert has served as the president and CEO since the company was established.
Tetrad Property Group is a full-service real estate development entity formed by David Scott and Wiegert. Lincoln projects include Nebraska Innovation Campus, the Larson Building with Parkhaus Lofts and the new Olsson Associates headquarters in the West Haymarket.
