A Seward bank is planning its fourth Lincoln location.

Cattle Bank & Trust has announced plans to build a new full-service branch location at 1404 Pine Lake Road.

The bank said in a news release that it plans to begin construction on the branch this spring and hopes to have it open by April 2020.

Cattle Bank will join a Panera Bread and Panda Express in a small development on the northeast corner of 14th Street and Pine Lake Road, just west of Costco.

“We are excited to be part of a vibrant business community in southwest Lincoln at 14th and Pine Lake and look forward to providing our brand of customer-focused, community banking to the area,” Ryne Seaman, the bank's president and CEO, said in a news release.

Seaman said the branch will have drive-thru service and a drive-up ATM, along with "more modern branch features and services" that he did not specify.

Cattle Bank's other locations are at 1550 S. Coddington Ave., 5800 Hidcote Drive in Village Gardens and at 6550 Merchant Drive in Fallbrook. It also has two branches in Seward.
