Lincoln's two remaining RadioShack locations will be closing as a result of the electronics company's bankruptcy filing last week.
When it filed for bankruptcy, RadioShack said it planned to close nearly 200 of its locations immediately. It listed those locations later in a followup filing, and those documents show that the RadioShack at 5130 N. 27th St., in the Lincoln Crossing shopping center, will be closing, as well as the one at 48th and Van Dorn streets in Van Dorn Plaza. RadioShack has not given specific dates for the closings, but has said all will close by the end of March.
