TELCOR is excited to announce the promotion of Alicia Anderson, director of contracts; Josh Cather, software development manager, POCT; Jane Clifford, vice president of product management, POCT; Kristina Findley, director, TRCS; Lindsey McClain, billing supervisor, TRCS; Katelyn Richter, legal and compliance officer; David Schneider, software development manager, POCT; Emily Turnbill, billing supervisor, TRCS; and Brian Wharry, software development manager, POCT.

As the head of the contracts department, Anderson will continue to review and edit agreements. In her new role, she will be responsible for tasks such as negotiating agreements, exercising independent judgment regarding customer requests and performing other management activities.

Cather led development efforts renewing the TELCOR QML user interface and new functionality. In his new role, he is responsible for managing the QML core development team, implementing customer-requested enhancements and new functionality.

Clifford is responsible for POCT product management. She and her team manage software testing for version updates, maintain end-user documentation and product enhancement requests, and oversee the performance of version releases.

Findley will develop action plans to operationalize and standardize priority initiatives for TRCS. In addition, she will champion product enhancements and solutions to enrich the TELCOR RCM software solution.

McClain is responsible for providing leadership to the TRSC team while continuing to streamline processes and provide feedback on new products. In addition, she has taken the lead on working with customers on additional functionality and maintaining vendor relationships.

Richter has successfully taken the compliance initiative and transformed it into a compliance program. In this new role, she will work closely with contracts providing her expert opinion on legal implications and assisting in the negotiation process.

Schneider is responsible for managing the device connectivity development team. This includes creating new drivers for the ever-growing list of new devices as well as adding enhanced functionality to existing device connectivity such as meter configuration.

While being new to the TRCS team, Turnbull regularly assists other billing specialists with questions and problem-solving. In her new role, she is responsible for a team of billing specialists with a focus on denial management.

Wharry has shown technical skills and innovation to design and implement many complex frameworks within the POCT product infrastructure. In his new role, he is responsible for growing a software development team to build and support the point of care product suite.
