Since joining TELCOR in 2015, Steele has had a strong desire to succeed. She has taken the lead on select initiatives surrounding the coding and compliance of the RCM application. She is someone that can be counted on to take complex initiatives and achieve the desired outcome. In Steel’s new role, she will manage a customer engagement team focused on managing new billing service customers plus current billing service customers in implementation.
