Lincoln Industries' Talent Manager, Kristi Oltman is pleased to announce the selection of Ali Nilsen as talent specialist. Nilsen most recently served as talent and culture coordinator with Bishop-McCann in Kansas City. She will coordinate the technical and temporary selection processes as well as assisting with the data entry, tracking and reporting of all training functions & logistics, research, development and marketing of services offered through Lincoln Industries' internal Learning and Development (L&D) Department. Nilsen has a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology with minors in Business and English from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
Lincoln Industries' Vice President of People Resources, Lori Saale, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jamie Fountain to benefits and compensation specialist and Megan Skiff to people systems analyst. Fountain started with Lincoln Industries in 2007 and most recently served as benefits administrator. She will design, plan, implement and communicate company compensation, benefit and wellness programs, policies, and procedures, as well as serve as the company's FMLA coordinator. Skiff joined Lincoln Industries in 2014 and most recently served as people services administrator. In her new role Skiff will be responsible for managing procedures and data in the company's Human Resources Information System. She will serve as a liaison and partner for system related needs.
Lincoln Industries' Learning and Development Manager, Mike Milbourn, is pleased to announce the promotion of Sara Paisley to blended learning specialist. Paisley joined Lincoln Industries in 2014 and most recently served as learning and development specialist. In this new role, Paisley will administer Blended Learning methodologies, processes and instructional design, development, and training expertise to support the implementation of Learning and Development initiatives, programs, training, and team building.
