NAI FMA Realty announces promotions, leadership changes

NAI FMA Realty has promoted Drew Stange, Richard Meginnis, Scott Bahm, Scott Vyskocil, and Shawn Doering.

Although the leadership team continues its responsibilities, Drew Stange will now assume the role as chief executive officer. Stange has been with the company since 1989 and recently was president, serving as managing broker for the company as well as other management duties. In his new role, Stange will provide leadership and management necessary to execute the firm's expansion strategy and enhance its operations.

Richard Meginnis was promoted to president. In this new role, Meginnis will continue to serve as the head of sales and leasing division and will support and facilitate agent efforts to advance the company's goals. He has more than 26 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in the sales and leasing of commercial properties as well as tenant and buyer representation for corporate clients.

Scott Bahm, who has led the company's facility maintenance division for more than 21 years, was promoted to senior vice president, facility maintenance. He brings 38 years of experience as a commercial property engineer in the Lincoln area.

Scott Vyskocil, selected as senior vice president, property management, will continue to head the property management division. He has 31 years of experience in management services and has been with NAI FMA for 14 years.

Shawn Doering has been promoted to vice president, finance, and continues his responsibilities for the organization's accounting and lease administration department. Doering joined NAI FMA in 2006 and recently served as treasurer.
