On January 1, Bryan Health welcomed four new members to its Board of Trustees for three year terms. The Board of Trustees comprises community, business and medical leaders who are entrusted with governing Bryan Health.
The new members are: Michael S. Dunlap, executive chairman, Nelnet, Inc.; H. Russell Semm, M.D., physician with ENT Specialties, P.C.; Aina I. Silenieks, M.D., physician with Pathology Medical Services, PC; Beth Smith, ex-officio member of Bryan Health Board of Trustees along with her role as chair of the Bryan Foundation Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees has also elected Bill Lester as its chair and Richard Evnen as vice chair.
"These community leaders have expertise and insight that will help to further the mission of Bryan Health,” said Kim Russel, chief executive officer, Bryan Health. “Their interest in and dedication to health care services in our region is invaluable.”
Bryan is a Nebraska-governed, non-profit health system with a mission to advance the health of individuals in our region through collaboration with physicians and communities.
