Bryan Counseling Center welcomes therapist Sandra Breach, LICSW to the staff.
Breach provides therapy for individuals of all ages who have mood disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, personality disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder. She helps adolescents with problems with their family, interactions with peers, and potentially emerging psychiatric disorders.
Breach also works with older adults who are struggling with end of life issues, general loss, and the stress of managing chronic physical illness and mental illness.
She also helps people cope with chronic disorders such as multiple sclerosis, diabetes and fibromyalgia. She has training in hypnosis, cognitive behavior therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy to teach effective strategies for living with chronic psychiatric or medical conditions.
Breach earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
