A sign in the window of the former Tom+Chee location at 1317 Q St. advertises new tenant Blaze Pizza, which will open early next year.

A couple of empty restaurant spaces are on their way to getting new tenants.

There are signs up advertising Blaze Pizza in the former Tom+Chee/Pretzelmaker Space in the Larson Building at 1317 Q St.

Blaze Pizza is a build-your-own pizza restaurant whose big claim to fame is that NBA star LeBron James is an investor.

A company representative said it would likely be early 2018 before the Lincoln location opens.

The space has been empty since Tom+Chee and Pretzelmaker closed in April 2016.

The other restaurant space getting a new tenant is the former Taco Inn location near near 27th Street and Fletcher Avenue.

There are signs up announcing that Amigo's will be moving in. Taco Inn closed in February after 15 years at the spot.
