The building at 1332 P St., which currently houses Stogies Bar, will have an alley entrance and will host a new bar called the Lady Luck Lounge, a 1950s Las Vegas-themed bar that is scheduled to open in February.

It looks like Lincoln will be getting a couple of new bars in the new year.

Omaha-based Tavern 180 filed a liquor license application last week for a spot in the Wilderness Hills shopping center near 27th Street and Yankee Hill Road.

The actual address is 8600 S. 30th St., Suite 106, which would put it near Tanner's Bar & Grill.

Tavern 180 has one location in Omaha at 180th and Dodge streets and another in Ankeny, Iowa, which is a Des Moines-area suburb.

According to its website, Tavern 180 is a bit more than your usual "tavern" when it comes to food, with a full menu that includes entrees such as lobster, Chilean sea bass, king crab legs and Wagyu beef.

There's no information on the Tavern 180 website or Facebook page about plans for a Lincoln location or when it might open.

The other new bar is coming to downtown and hopes to be open in less than two months.

According to its Facebook page, Lady Luck Lounge bills itself as an "underground casino lounge." The building at 1332 P St., which houses Stogies Bar, will have an alley entrance. The 1950s Las Vegas-themed bar could open by Valentine's Day.

Entrance to Lady Luck will come, via a special pass code, which can be found on the lounge's Facebook page.
