The former Buffalo Wild Wings near 27th Street and Pine Lake Road already has a new tenant.
According to a building permit filed last week, the space will be transformed into an Anytime Fitness location.
Buffalo Wild Wings closed just over a week ago after occupying the spot for 14 years.
A manager said in a Facebook post that the company is looking for another location for the restaurant that closed. Buffalo Wild Wings has two other Lincoln locations at 13th and P streets and 87th Street and Nebraska 2.
Anytime Fitness has three Lincoln locations, according to its website, although one of them is just a couple of blocks away from the former Buffalo Wild Wings space.

Lincoln's last Schlotzsky's closed its doors at the beginning of February.
Oklahoma Joe's closed its Haymarket location after less that 6 months in business in January.
