LINCOLN AIRPORT AUTHORITY

building and addressed to 3820 NW
46th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska
68524, until 2:00 PM on TUESDAY,
APRIL 4, 2023, at which time the
bids shall be publicly opened and
read aloud.
The Project consists of, but is not
limited to, removing and reconstructing the concrete pavement
and curb and gutter and remarking
the parking lot at the Lincoln Airport
Amen building as shown on the
plans and included in the specifications. Work cannot begin on the
Project until July 1, 2023. All Project
work shall be substantially completed before October 1, 2023.
Bids will be received for a single
prime contract. Bids shall be on a
unit price basis, as indicated in the

into pursuant to this advertisement,

Bids must remain in effect for 60
days after the bid opening date.
Within 60 days from the bid date,
the Owner may award the contract

or all Bids, to waive irregularities in
