NOTICE OF PARTIAL TERMINATION OF NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT Notice is hereby given that a Partial Termination of Notice of Commencement was recorded with the Lancaster County Register of Deeds on March 10, 2023, at Instrument No. 2023006529 partially terminating the Notice of Commencement recorded with the Lancaster County Register of Deeds on May 3, 2022, at Instrument No. 2022019249, against the real property legally described as follows: Unit 1, Geminid Condominium, in accordance with the Declaration of Geminid Condominium, recorded December 8, 2022 as Inst. No. 2022049302 of the records of Lancaster County, Nebraska. The Partial Termination of Notice of Commencement was filed by the contracting owner, RiDa Investments, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, whose address is 9520 Hollow Tree Dr., Lincoln, NE 68512-9533. The contracting owner is the fee simple owner of the above-described property. The Notice of Commencement is terminated as of April 11, 2023.
