Not even a storm delay could slow down the York men's basketball team Thursday night.

Keith Mack and Cameron Coleman scored 21 points apiece as the Panthers knocked off the bracket's No. 2 seed, Rochester (Michigan) 85-75 in the NAIA Division II men's tournament in Point Lookout, Missouri.

The game was delayed nearly an hour due to a tornado warning, which forced everyone in Keeter Gymnasium to move to safer areas as the storm passed through town. The delay came with 15 minutes remaining in the second half.

York (25-9) shot 51 percent from the field and held the Warriors to 41 percent shooting. Johnny Cooksey and Mark Dean scored 11 points each for the Panthers.

Mack made 3 of 4 three-pointers.

Bellevue 80, Briar Cliff 75: York will play Bellevue in Friday's 4 p.m. game. The Bruins held on for the win against Briar Cliff in a game that did not finish until 12:20 a.m. Friday because of the delay in the York game.

Mike Cardenas made five three-pointers and finished with 23 points and three other Bruins finished in double figures.

The Bruins (23-10) got 32 points in the paint and 18 off turnovers.

Northwestern 78, Washington Adventist 76: Colton Kooima knocked down a contested jumper with three seconds left to lift the Red Raiders into the next round. Kooima finished with 22 points.
